De zwijgzame, de Vrome, de Monnik of nog mooier de Mystieke. Een echte katholiek, in hart en nieren. Reed met veel liefde door het Italiaanse land maar ook door België. De oorlog zorgde voor een tussenstop, helaas kwam er in die tijd nog een grote Italiaan aan de macht, en nee dan bedoel ik niet Mussolini. Ik bedoel natuurlijk Fausto Coppi. Ondanks die tijd, heeft hij ook een palmares waar je u tegen zegt.
